Benefits of Salt Therapy

What is HaloTherapy?

The Salt Spa Cave is an Active Breathing Treatment

What is HaloTherapy?

Halotherapy, derived from the Greek halos, meaning "salt", is a form of alternative medicine which makes use of salt.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Inhalation of dry salt can stimulate bronchoconstriction which may be used in the diagnosis or evaluation of asthma symptoms. Salt's well known drying effect will thin mucus and promote decongestion and may also help to clean up bronchial secretions.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

No. HALOTHERAPY is 100% natural, safe, and drug free, providing effective long term relief. It can be used as a complementary treatment to medication or as a sole treatment.

The primary mechanism of action in  Salt Therapy is the dry salt aerosol that has a particle size of 0.3 microns, and a negative electrical charge. The salt aerosol is gently blown into the Salt Spa Cave. In addition, the walls are shelved with 12 Himalayan salt crystal lamps and the floor is covered with one-half ton of Himalayan salt. The tiny particles of salt are inhaled and travel into the deepest parts of the lungs and sinuses. The inhalation of the salt particles helps to reduce inflammation in the airways, opens constricted airways, and increases the clearance of mucus.
